If you purchase an air purifier from our website and are unhappy for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. We strive to make our customers happy. We will email you a return shipping label once you obtain a RMA number from us. Air filters are not eligible for return.
In order to be eligible for a return:
The product must have been purchased from www.aspenairpurifiers.com
The product must be in new and original condition
The product must be packed in the original packaging with any included accessories
You must request a RMA number within 30 days of purchase
Return Details
A RMA number must be obtained by sending a return request email to [email protected]. In your email please include your order number, products you would like to return, and the reason for return. We will review your return and issue a RMA number and further instructions. We will provide you with a return label that you can print yourself or at the USPS or UPS store where you can drop the unit off in its original packaging. Once we receive the unit and inspect it for damage, we will issue you a refund of 80% of the purchase price of the product minus additional fees. Additional Fees of $288 for replacing the filters and additional fees to cover the original shipping and return shipping cost and any third-party processing fees will be deducted from the 80% returned. This reflects a cost sharing of the return shipping, restocking, and new filter costs. Aspen Air Group LLC reserves the right to reduce the refund amount at its discretion in the event that the product is damaged upon return.
